Retained Service Support

Our aim is to provide a personal support service to businesses. We make an effort to understand business needs and employee issues. We could act as your professional HR function providing not only advice and guidance but, as necessary, be available on site to implement the best solution for you.

For the equivalent of just £23 (+vat) per week, HR Management Support will provide professional HR support and guidance via telephone and email whenever an issue arises without the thought that “the clock is ticking”! If an issue requires more time or an on-site visit is necessary, support would be provided at an agreed hourly or daily rate.

HR Management Support can provide from a simple as required service to a full outsourced HR function delivered by a highly experienced HR professional. Whether you have a discipline issue, you need contracts of employment or policies to be written or updated or, due to the current economic climate, you need to restructure your workforce, HR Management Support can provide the appropriate service.
