About

HR Management Support Limited provides businesses based primarily in and around Hampshire and West Sussex with access to professional Human Resources management on a day to day basis so relieving them of the need and expense of maintaining their own HR function.

We provide the support they need, when they need it. We effectively become part of their organisation to be called upon for advice and guidance to help them manage employee issues or to undertake specific Human Resources related projects. We keep our clients up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and help them to implement and manage those changes.

As businesses develop they need to allocate more resource to managing employee issues and the responsibility is often passed to Payroll or a PA, neither of whom are likely to have the professional knowledge or experience to manage the complex situations that can arise. Business Owners/Directors are therefore faced with either, having to research the appropriate legislation and use their skill and best judgement to manage the issue, or to seek professional help through a trade association or local solicitor. However, unrelated advisers do not know their business or their employees so they receive a risk averse generic response which, will be legally sound, but may not be entirely how the Business Owner/Director would like to manage the situation.

HR Management Support provide the total solution. We have the knowledge, expertise and experience in all aspects of people management. We will work on site with the client as one of their management team. We provide professional advice, discuss the associated risks and agree and draw up the process to be followed. We then communicate and coach all involved with what needs to be done and if necessary, lead and manage meetings and interviews and provide any necessary administrative support.
